Welcome to The WomenSpeak Project website.
The WomenSpeak Project is a community-building forum which promotes participation and knowledge-sharing among individuals, activists and organisations to improve advocacy outcomes around issues of discrimination against women in the Caribbean.
We do this by educating about women and gender issues, facilitating networking among activists and organisations, engaging in research and creating opportunities for learning and capacity-building.
The WomenSpeak blog also contains a rich archive of first person accounts of gender discrimination as well as contributions of creative work, personal reflections and analyses of key issues impacting women lives in the Caribbean.
The WomenSpeak project is founded on the principle that we are all advocates and every single individual has a part to play in ending all forms of discrimination against women and girls. As such, we welcome you to participate in our community and share your ideas and knowledge.
